About The Position
Required Qualifications Required qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree in course of study related to the occupational field; demonstrated effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; collegiate swimming coaching and/or competing experience; knowledge of and commitment to NCAA rules; commitment to academic success and student-athlete well-being. Also must be able to travel overnight for competition with most travel occurring during weekends. Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: a master’s degree; NCAA coaching/recruiting experience; and understanding of the Division II philosophy.
