About The Position
The Head Lifeguard at Harvard University is responsible for ensuring the safety of aquatic facilities at the Malkin Athletic Center and Blodgett Pool. This role involves a combination of lifeguarding duties and administrative responsibilities, including supervising shifts, maintaining safety protocols, and fostering a positive team environment. The Head Lifeguard will also manage staff, maintain equipment, and provide exceptional customer service to all pool patrons.
