About The Position
The Head Lifeguard PT position is responsible for overseeing the safety of patrons at the aquatic facility. This role includes supervising lifeguards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The Head Lifeguard will also assist in training new lifeguards and may be required to perform lifeguarding duties as needed. This position is part-time and requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
