About The Position

The Head Lifeguard at the University of St. Thomas Aquatic Center is responsible for supervising patrons using the aquatics facility, ensuring their safety by providing CPR, first aid, or lifesaving assistance as needed. This role involves working collaboratively with a small team of head lifeguards to create schedules and maintain effective communication among staff members.

Requirements

• Must have current certifications for CPR, First Aid, and Lifesaving.
• Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) certification preferred.
