About The Position
As a Head Lifeguard for the City of Wichita, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safety, coordinating team efforts, and creating a fun and secure environment for everyone who visits our neighborhood pools. This dynamic seasonal position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your leadership skills, enhance your lifeguarding expertise, and make a positive impact on your community. In this role, you'll not only monitor pool areas and respond swiftly to emergencies, but also assist with scheduling staff, instruct swim lessons, and serve as a bridge between the pool manager and lifeguard team.
