About The Position
The Athletic Coach is responsible for providing leadership to student athletes, helping them achieve a high level of skill, discipline, sportsmanship, and self-esteem. The coach will instruct students in a specific sports activity and is expected to create a positive learning environment while managing athlete behavior during training and events. The position requires planning and scheduling practices in accordance with district policy and AIA regulations, as well as maintaining accurate records and overseeing safety conditions during practices and competitions.
