  • The Network: You possess an established, high-level network in the media, marketing, or creator economy space. You can get a meeting with anyone relevant.
  • The Hustle: 8+ years of experience in high-growth, high-stakes environments (Venture Capital, high-profile startups, media evangelism, or agency leadership).
  • The Visionary: Proven ability to spot emerging trends and cultural shifts before they hit the mainstream.
  • The Scrapper: You are ready to execute at the ground level, but think at the executive level. No task is beneath you if it advances the overall mission.
  • The Communicator: World-class verbal and written presentation skills. You can explain complex marketing technology in a single, compelling sentence.
