About The Position
Hermiston School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Girls Soccer Coach at Hermiston High School. This position is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional coach who has demonstrated the abilities, skills, and knowledge to lead a quality soccer program. The successful candidate will have personal characteristics, training, and experience that meet the following qualifications: This coaching position is for the 2026-2027 school year/season.
Requirements
- Successful soccer head coaching experience, or currently employed as an assistant coach in a successful program
- Must possess a current working knowledge of the fundamentals and rules of soccer
- Has a positive attitude and is an inspiring and enthusiastic leader
- Is a team player dedicated to excellence in all phases of the educational program
- Has the ability to plan effectively and is well organized
- Has the ability to communicate effectively
- Has a caring attitude and sensitivity toward people
Nice To Haves
- Must demonstrate professional growth & development
- Must demonstrate an understanding of training related to the sport of soccer
- Letters of Recommendation (encouraged, but optional)
