About The Position
Candidates must have a sincere interest and desire to put forth maximum effort into his/her coaching responsibilities.
Requirements
- New Jersey Instructional Certificate or Substitute Certification with Athletic Endorsement.
- Exceptional lacrosse knowledge and coaching experience at the high school level.
- Exceptional knowledge and experience in this sport.
- Demonstrate high ethics, high expectations, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident/immigrant status.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to the Director of Athletics and Student Activities and school administration for the satisfactory performance of all coaching responsibilities.
- Assume full responsibility for supervision and conduct of all team members while under his/her jurisdiction and for conducting necessary practice sessions.
- Assume the responsibility of supervising and administering the programs during the sessions, and issuing and handling of all necessary equipment.
