About The Position
To develop, plan, organize and implement a sound cross country team plan that will help participating students achieve a high level of skill and promote an appreciation of the values of discipline and sportsmanship.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior work with children preferred
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Responsibilities
- Possess and utilize excellent team building skills
- Accept delegated responsibilities willingly
- Able to work under occasional stress
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative in job performance
- Demonstrate a professional attitude in working with students and staff members
