About The Position
The Head Football Coach at Coon Rapids High School is responsible for the overall development and management of the football program. This role involves coaching student athletes in strategies and techniques, motivating them to appreciate the sport, and providing leadership and support to both high school and youth programs. The coach must ensure compliance with the rules of the Minnesota State High School League and the affiliated district/conference, while also focusing on the personal development of players as individuals of good character and integrity.
