About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant Manager to lead our expansion efforts in emerging markets (APAC, MEA, and LatAm). This role involves leading a team of regional Solutions Consultants to strategically identify, onboard, and manage relationships with mid to large property managers and revenue managers in these regions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the vacation rental industry, Hotels or revenue management services.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales and business development experience, preferably with complex or technical SaaS products.
  • MBA or Advanced degrees from top-tier educational institutes.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading sales/business development teams, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive revenue management strategies across diverse markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Highly organized and adept at time management.
  • Comfortable with occasionally working odd hours to manage teams and clients across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and closely monitor the regional growth targets and lead the regional Solutions Consultant (SC) team members in achieving these goals.
  • Monitor the performance and bandwidth of individual team members, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ensuring optimal utilization across events, onboarding, and account management.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with the team and individual SCs to note down and address key sales/operational concerns, and track progress on key deals/pipelines and accounts.
  • Spearhead and tracked pipeline development and management for large accounts, ensuring a strategic approach to client acquisition while tracking competitor activities within the territory.
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of internal Sales and Account Management processes and SOPs by providing regular inputs in management meetings and collaborating closely with the SC Ops team to boost SC team efficiency.
  • Drive GTM activities in the market by building relationships with key regional stakeholders (associations, influencers, etc.), presenting at key industry events, and hosting online webinars, while also empowering regional SCs to lead similar activities in their respective sub-territories.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the regional SCs with other GTM teams (Content, Product Marketing, Events) and product teams, enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration; and serve as the main PoC for leadership on regional matters.
