Head Dive Coach (Seasonal)
About The Position

THE CITY OF LEAWOOD, KANSAS is looking for Head Dive Coach Are you ideal for working as a Head Dive Coach at the Leawood Aquatic? Are you 18 years of age OR older? Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills? Are you reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment? Are you ready to make some extra money for the summer? Do you have experience coaching kids? As the Head Dive Coach, you will work: Approximately 30-35 hours per week between 7 am and 12 pm and Tuesday evenings. Weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- 18 years of age OR older
- Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Experience coaching kids
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured diving practices and oversee dive meets.
- Coordinate and submit meet entries in accordance with meet deadlines.
- Attend all scheduled practices and meets.
- Coordinate pool facility setup and cleanup before, during, and after practices and meets.
