About The Position

The role involves contributing to the design verification and failure analysis of head and disk components for large capacity disk drives utilizing Heat Assisted Magnetic Recording (HAMR) technology. Requirements

• Proficient experimentalist with hands-on failure analysis skills.
• Ability to process and analyze large data sets.
• Programming experience in Python or Matlab.
• Familiarity with magnetic principles.
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• A Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
