About The Position
The Head Danceline Coach at Bridgeport Middle School is responsible for leading the danceline team, ensuring high-quality instruction, and fostering a positive environment for participants. The coach will work closely with the Principal, Athletic Director, and other coaching staff to develop rapport and organize coaching efforts. The position requires professional conduct during practices and games, as well as participation in league and conference meetings. The coach is expected to motivate staff and players, manage budgets, and oversee the care of equipment and athletic injuries.
