About The Position

Under the supervision of a Property and Facilities Coordinator
or Supervisor, provides training and coaching to a team of workers performing
Janitorial and cleaning functions at Community Mental Health owned/affiliated
facilities. Responsible for carrying out all activities of the program/sub-unit
in such a manner that fulfills CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• A minimum of one-year experience as a Crew Leader or training/monitoring individuals required.
• Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Access to reliable means of transportation for job related use required.
• Must be physically able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be physically able to operate a variety of Janitorial equipment, and physically able to do a lot of bending, stooping, reaching, and walking, etc.
• Employment offers for this position will be contingent upon the results of a Michigan State Police Clearance check.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment 5-panel drug screen.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.
