About The Position

The Head Cross Country Coach at Windsor Middle School is responsible for leading and managing the cross country program. Requirements

• CPR and First Aid Certification (can be obtained after hiring).
• Experience in coaching cross country or a similar sport.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Previous experience coaching at the middle school level.
• Knowledge of cross country training techniques and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct daily practices for the cross country team.
• Develop training programs that enhance the performance of student-athletes.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of athletes during practices and competitions.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
• Ensure compliance with all school and district policies regarding athletics.
