About The Position
American International College (AIC) is seeking a dedicated individual to provide coaching and instruction to student-athletes in Track & Field. The role involves individual and team instruction on rules, fundamentals, and techniques necessary for satisfactory performance. The coach will assess skill attainment, design practice activities, and emphasize the values of competitive athletics. Additionally, the coach will collaborate with the Office of Admissions to recruit new student-athletes and maintain compliance with NCAA rules. Community engagement and public relations are also key components of this position, as the coach will support student-athlete participation in outreach efforts and develop positive relationships within the community.
