Marysville High School is seeking a qualified, experienced Head Cross Country Coach. The successful candidates will have demonstrated competencies in the following areas: Will stress the fundamentals of the game (skill & strategy), conduct practices, and supervise games and transportation. Knowledge and competency related to care and prevention of athletic injuries, basic first aid and emergency procedures. Knowledge and competency in coaching theory and techniques in the sport being coached. Knowledge and competency in the rules and regulations of the sport, state, section, league, and district policies. Knowledge of psychology of the adolescent or child. Knowledge of the Code of Ethical Conduct.
