About The Position
Delicatto Pizza in Orem, Utah is seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Cook to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role requires a strong leader who can manage kitchen staff effectively, including hiring, training, and supervising the work of kitchen employees. The Cook will also be tasked with maintaining inventory levels and ordering kitchen supplies as needed, ensuring that operations remain cost-effective and efficient. In this position, the Cook will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and in a timely manner, managing the kitchen workflow effectively to meet customer demands. Upholding stringent health and safety standards is crucial, as the Cook will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen meets all regulatory requirements. This role is essential to maintaining the reputation of Delicatto Pizza as a provider of high-quality food and service in the community. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking, particularly in Brazilian cuisine, and will possess the skills necessary to control food materials and ensure quality control in all aspects of food preparation. Experience with commercial cooking equipment is also a must, as the Cook will be expected to utilize these tools efficiently to deliver exceptional dishes.
