About The Position
As a Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating our members through engaging and effective workouts. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each member is not only participating but also performing exercises with the correct form, providing necessary corrections and guidance to enhance their fitness journey. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the science behind our heart-rate focused training programs, which will enable you to explain the benefits and mechanics of the workouts to our members. Additionally, you will stay informed about the competitive landscape to ensure that our offerings remain top-notch and appealing to our clientele. In this role, you will lead a team of passionate fitness professionals who share your enthusiasm for health and wellness. You will foster a supportive and motivating environment where both coaches and members feel valued and empowered. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a community that encourages members to achieve their fitness goals and embrace a healthier lifestyle. You will also be responsible for demonstrating the proper use of all equipment utilized in our workouts, ensuring that members feel confident and safe while exercising.
