We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. Orangetheory is a full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness. Thrive Venture Group was founded in January of 2023. Headquartered in Cleveland, OH; TVG proudly operates 32 Orangetheory Fitness studios, across three states: Arkansas, Ohio, and West Virginia. Requirements

AED/CPR certified
Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness

Responsibilities

Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
Conducting quarterly evaluations for each coach on their team
Hosting monthly all-staff meetings with General Manager
Ensure equipment is all up and running
Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals
Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority!
Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits
Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
