Head Coach – Youth Golf Programs
About The Position
TGA Premier Sports is looking for Head Coaches to lead our after-school youth golf programs for grades K–8. TGA brings golf directly to local schools and community spaces through after-school enrichment programs. We provide all equipment, training, and curriculum—you provide the leadership, energy, and love for the game. Lead fun, active golf programs for kids ages 5–13 Flexible after-school hours (most sessions start between 2–4 pm) Outdoor, active work that keeps you moving No prior coaching experience required—we provide training and lesson plans Paid for 2 hours of work for each 1-hour class (setup + wrap-up included) Make an impact by teaching life skills like confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship
Requirements
- Self-starters who are confident leading a group
- Passionate about golf and enjoy working with kids
- Reliable, organized, and energetic
- At least 18 years old
