About The Position

The Head Coach for Women's Soccer at Loyola University Chicago is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Division I women's varsity soccer program. This role includes planning and coordinating practices, developing competition strategies, managing recruitment and retention of student-athletes, and ensuring compliance with NCAA and university regulations. The coach will also be involved in budget management and fundraising activities, while providing leadership and mentorship to both players and assistant coaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of previous coaching experience.
• Working knowledge of NCAA and Atlantic 10 Conference rules and regulations.
• NCAA or professional coaching experience required; head coaching experience and master's degree preferred.
• Strong teaching and coaching skills with the ability to lead and develop student-athletes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in budget management and fundraising activities.
