The Head Women’s Flag Football Coach organizes, coordinates, manages, and supervises all aspects of an NCAA Division II flag football program within the parameters designated by the University, Sunshine State Conference, and the NCAA. The Head Coach must demonstrate extensive knowledge of flag football and is responsible for recruiting qualified student athletes, scheduling and coaching flag football games, and scheduling practice preparation. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in leadership, recruitment, budgeting, alumni and community engagement, and fundraising. The Head Coach must demonstrate a clear vision for women’s flag football at Barry University that promotes student success and aligns with the University's mission. The Head Coach will also assist with departmental operations and planning sport camps and fulfill other duties as assigned by their direct supervisor. This is a 12-month position.
