The Head Women's Flag Football Coach and Coordinator of Internal Operations is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Women's Flag Football program while overseeing departmental initiatives that enhance student-athlete development and campus engagement. This dual-role position includes program management, recruitment, player development, academic support, fundraising, and event coordination, as well as the planning and execution of leadership programming, professional development opportunities, and collaborative initiatives with campus and community partners.
