The Head Field Hockey Coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the University of New Hampshire Field Hockey program. This role is responsible for fostering a culture of integrity, inclusivity, and excellence, prioritizing student-athlete development both on and off the field. The Head Coach will lead all aspects of the program, including strategic planning, coaching, recruitment, academic oversight, compliance, fundraising, and community engagement, while aligning with UNH’s mission and NCAA standards. Manage all aspects of the Field Hockey program, which includes but is not limited to: coaching; game management; recruitment of prospective student-athletes; monitoring of student-athletes' academic progress; compliance with University, conference, and NCAA rules; alumni relations; fundraising; and supervision of assistant coaches.
