Requirements

• Resume
• Valid CPR and First Aide Certification - front and back of card (Online courses will not be accepted)
• CIF Coaching Certificate
• Three (3) Letters of Recommendation dated within 18 months of application
• TB Test Results or Adult Tuberculosis (TB) Risk Assessment Questionnaire (within 60 days of hire)
• Minimum of 3 years head coaching experience AND minimum of 5 years of experience in field.
• College graduate preferred
