About The Position

San Diego Jewish Academy is seeking two (2) Middle School Tennis Coaches for the 2025-26 Spring season. These positions will be responsible for fulfilling duties as assigned by the Athletic Director relevant to leading and organizing a middle school soccer team. Must have 2-5 years’ experience coaching at the club, middle, high school or college level. CPR/First-Aid certification and NFHS Concussion in Sport Certificate required.

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience coaching at the club, middle, high school or college level
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• NFHS Concussion in Sports Certificate required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and encourage team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Create and implement practice plans
• Develop game strategies
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Ensure safety of players during practices and games
• Communicate effectively with parents, school administration, and other coaches
• Attend all practices and games
• Encourage and motivate team members
