About The Position

● Desire to support and promote the Hanover Schools' goal of developing good sportsmanship and its pursuit of excellence in all opportunities. ● Knowledge of and ability to work within and support the guidelines of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA), the Hanover School. ● Committee Policies, the Hanover High School Handbook for Students, and the Hanover High School Handbook for Coaches. ● Willingness to support student-athletes as they balance academic success and athletic responsibilities. ● Knowledge of the sport ● Coaching experience ● Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work cooperatively with students, administrators, athletic department, school staff, parents, and parent groups. ● First Aid Certification Desired ● MIAA Concussion Certification Required
