About The Position

Requirements

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Flexible and variable availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead coach, maintaining a full schedule of 13+ classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and serve as a role model.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet company utilization and retention expectations on an individual and studio level.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the studio as directed by the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and marketing efforts to scout new clients and create partnerships in the community.
• Provide coach development, delivering feedback and assisting with new coach training.
• Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain product knowledge for studio retail operations, including class packages and promotions.
• Execute routine operational tasks such as ordering supplies and conducting inventory.
• Ensure the studio and equipment remain impeccable and fully functioning.
