About The Position
Z-Alpha Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) function in the development of novel radiotherapeutics. This role involves overseeing phase-appropriate CMC development and manufacturing strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing relationships with contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs). The successful candidate will play a critical role in the technical leadership and operational management of drug substance and product development from pre-clinical stages through to commercial production.
