From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences. Due to growth and expansion of our services, we are excited to be launching a new site under our Restaurant Associates sector in Perth! We’re on the hunt for an experienced Head Chef to lead a premium corporate catering operation! This full-time role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-end dining experiences. You’ll be leading culinary operations for a prestigious corporate client, focusing on fine dining, executive catering, and polished corporate events—Monday to Friday, with occasional evening functions.

Requirements

Kitchen leadership experience is essential
Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Experience with full P&L Management and Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
Ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role)
Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control

Responsibilities

Assist and oversee food production and menu-based catering
Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance)
Lead, mentor and create a positive work culture
Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum
Building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
