The Head Cashier plays an important role supporting the Front End Supervisor in motivating front end associates to follow GET behaviours and provide customers a great shopping experience. The Head Cashier coaches, trains and develops Front End and Lot Associates along with maintaining coverage through scheduling and providing first level of escalation for customer issues. This role is for someone who thrives on helping others succeed, enjoys making an impact, and takes pride in guiding customers to the right solutions for their projects, and is naturally curious and eager to keep learning.
