The Head Cashier position at Lowe's is a part-time role with flexible hours, primarily responsible for overseeing the assisted self-checkout area, providing exceptional customer service, and managing in-stock procedures. This role involves monitoring multiple self-checkout registers, proactively assisting customers, recommending products and services, and processing sales transactions, returns, and refunds. The Head Cashier also provides supervision, coaching, and support to the Front End Team, ensures proper cash handling, and maintains a clean and safe store environment by detecting security risks and adhering to safety standards.
