About The Position
The Head Cashier interacts with the customer by greeting and assisting them at the point of sale and once the transaction is complete, thanking them for their business. Answering the phone and acting as operators to connect parties is sometimes required. This is a highly visible position and it is most important that the individual is always personable, friendly, and courteous. It requires interacting well with customers, salespeople, office manager, and all other employees. Good memorization skills are needed.
