Head Bartender
About The Position
As Head Bartender at the Botanist on the Green, you will bring your experience and passion to lead a team whose drinks keep our guests coming back for more. You will ensure the bar is stocked up, supporting your General Manager in ordering stock. Through your example and training, you will maintain the highest standards and lead your bar team to success. Responsibilities
- Lead the bar team to success, acting as a mixologist for our drink offering.
- Support and be a role model for your teams' training and development.
- Support the day to day running of the business.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
