Cordillera Ranch Club Management LLC

About The Position

Nestled in the Texas Hill Country, The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is a private, luxury club defined by authenticity, refined hospitality, and a deeply rooted sense of place. Our membership values quality over flash, relationships over transactions, and consistency over trends. Food and beverage at Cordillera Ranch is not about spectacle—it’s about trust. Members return because they know what they’ll experience: calm confidence, thoughtful service, and professionals who understand how to host without needing to perform. Twin Sisters Bar is one of the social anchors of the club. It is a gathering place—unpretentious, polished, and welcoming—where members linger, connect, and feel genuinely looked after. About the Role The Head Bartender is the working leader and standard-bearer of the bar program. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who understands that excellence is built daily—through preparation, discipline, coaching, and presence. You are responsible for the day-to-day rhythm of the bar: opening and closing standards, mise en place, execution quality, inventory and cost control, and team capability. You set the tone behind the bars, host with confidence, and coach in real time so every drink, every transition, and every member interaction reflects the expectations of Cordillera Ranch. This role requires judgment, maturity, and pride in doing things the right way—even when no one is watching.
