About The Position
The Head Band Director is responsible for producing outstanding performing groups in marching and concert band, as well as small ensembles. The role involves developing individual musicianship, teaching the value of teamwork, and promoting an appreciation for music. The director will organize performances, assist students in competitions, and maintain school property and instruments.
