About The Position
The Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) Operator/Locator is responsible for managing the entire drilling process, including operating drilling equipment and accurately locating the drill head to place products underground. This role requires expertise in HDD operations and locating practices to ensure safe and precise drilling while preventing damage to existing utilities. The operator will collaborate with the crew, manage equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.
