The Schaeffer Institute is seeking a Home Department Payroll/Personnel Coordinator II, who working closely with the Senior Director of Finance and Research Administration and the accounting and operations teams of the Institute and the Price School, will be responsible for payroll and personnel processes pertaining to the Institute. This is a full time, grant funded, one year fixed-term position with a hybrid work arrangement. Key duties include, but are not limited to: Overseeing payroll and personnel processes and ensuring that they are in accordance to USC regulations, policies, and procedures Assisting faculty and staff with salary administration; Working closely with the Senior Director of Finance and Research Administration and Schaeffer leadership to update and resolve issues as they arise Coordinating hiring processes and paperwork in conjunction with the Director of Operations and the HR director of the Price School Supervise staff or student workers as needed
