Requirements
- Relatively clean driving record (specifically within the past three years)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and diagnostic tools.
- Proven experience as a heavy-duty mechanic or related field.
- Strong work ethic, who is willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers and commercial equipment.
- Perform high quality work in the following areas: Suspension
- Brakes
- Steering
- Wheel ends
- Alignments
- Wheel Seals
- Wiring
- Kingpins
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols in the shop and on the job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
- Increase repeat business by gaining the trust and confidence of customers through high quality, timely work and by honoring customer commitments.
