As a Back-of-House Sanitation Hero, HD Steward, you'll power through daily tasks like scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, and maintaining the casino's polished appearance from ceiling vents to valet zones. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cleaning, maintenance or kitchen experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge of proper chemical usage and Standard operational procedures.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and filtering of deep fryers.
• Deep cleaning of all kitchen cooking equipment including grills, ovens and stove tops.
• Deep clean freezer floors.
• Deep cleaning of all kitchen and VIP bar floor mats.
• Cleaning of all floor drains.
• Sweep, mop and scrub all back of house floors.
• Polish all stainless steel walls, hoods and equipment.
• Must be able to perform various miscellaneous duties as directed.
• Provides fast and flawless service to internal customers.
• Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.
