About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Home Care Program Supervisor at our Coolidge office to oversee Consumer intakes and assessments, match and monitor Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with AHCCCS and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ combined education/experience in case management or home care supervision.
• Knowledge of EVV systems and AHCCCS health plans.
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Consumer assessments and on-site visits.
• Assign PCAs based on skill and Consumer needs.
• Monitor PCA performance and provide training.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with case managers.
• Support conflict resolution between Consumers and PCAs.
