Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.
  • Master's degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.
  • Associate's Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.
  • Translating market research into effective consumer campaigns or programs.
  • Previous experience with clinical data a plus.
  • Exhibiting passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences with HCPs by understanding their needs and desires.
  • Strong bias for action and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead overarching PCP strategy and execution to ensure that brand/business objectives are met across branded and disease state education initiatives.
  • Orchestrate content development aligning with insights and overall accountability for breakthrough creative assets, from brief to launch, including collaboration with field team for feedback and input.
  • Design and execute innovative health care professional promotional initiatives and tactics in alignment with brand strategic imperatives.
  • Helping to guide strategic decisions and ensuring flawless execution of promotional campaigns and programs for PCPs.
  • Developing promotional messages, programs and sales force tools for PCPs (which may include visual aids, emails, speaker programs and congress materials).
  • Work with Commercial Insights team to develop measurement plans and drive market research for materials and initiatives.
  • Coordinating the work of multiple external vendors and internal departments including marketing, market research, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, segment marketing, corporate compliance, and consumer marketing ensuring responsible and effective communications.
  • Leading projects through the legal, regulatory, and medical review process.
  • Managing program budgets and developing metrics to ensure success of the promotional programs.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and the global marketing team to inform creation and flawless roll out of high impact, high value marketing tools.
  • Collaborate with sales training to ensure effective, impactful, world class training on promotional tools and programs.
