About The Position

We are looking for undergraduate junior and senior level students for a 12-week internship role in Boston, MA from May 18th to August 7th. No specific major required, but preference will be given to Business, Marketing, or Life Science disciplines. Position Duties: Provide operational support for HCP marketing projects, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and the promotional review process. Assist with the execution of fall national HCP conferences, including preparing associated deliverables/promotional materials. Support preparations for a mid-year sales meeting, including material/workshop development and coordination tasks. Manage the HCP team’s weekly tracker to monitor progress and flag timeline challenges. Lead an independent research project requiring cross-functional networking. Requirements

  • Undergraduate junior and senior level students.
  • No specific major required, but preference will be given to Business, Marketing, or Life Science disciplines.
  • Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, such as coursework in marketing or business, involvement in student organizations, or prior internships/work experience is required.
  • Ability to report onsite to Boston, MA 3-5 days per week.
  • This role will not provide relocation assistance.
  • US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
  • This role will not be providing CPT support.
  • The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position is outlined above.
  • Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
  • Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

  • Exposure to event planning, research projects, collaborative work, managing timelines and coordinating deliverables is preferred.
