About The Position

The HCP Omnichannel Marketing Manager at Abbott is responsible for leading the design and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies aimed at healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role focuses on creating customer-centric engagement journeys that leverage various channels to enhance communication and marketing effectiveness. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with brand objectives, ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and impactful.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4-6 years of related marketing experience, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in a large, complex, and matrix organization.
  • Understanding of omnichannel orchestration, segmentation analysis, and targeting efforts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create impactful presentations.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or MS Degree in Business.
  • Strategic consulting experience.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools and dashboarding technologies (e.g., SQL, Tableau, AWS, Python, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics).

Responsibilities

  • Lead HCP omni capability design and execution, guiding digital and omnichannel delivery for media, planning, CRM, RTEs, and content.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop HCP omnichannel vision and strategy, managing deployment of omni capabilities consistent with brand strategy.
  • Create, maintain, and augment HCP segment-specific journeys to engage with the right message at the right time through the right channel.
  • Identify engagement patterns and deduce insights to create proactive action plans for marketing collateral development.
  • Define the data strategy for omnichannel and design measurement plans and learning experiments.
  • Provide analytic insights to strategy, operational, and leadership metrics that feed into Omni Dashboard development.
  • Collaborate with sales and training teams to plan and support training and reinforcement of content and enhancements.
  • Identify champions to manage change across different teams to embrace new ways of working.
  • Work closely with platforms and enablement teams to enhance journeys and refine next best suggestions across channels.
