About The Position

We're seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial HCM Sales Consultant to help drive growth at Bene-Care. If you're a seasoned sales professional who thrives in the field, closes with confidence, and loves building a book from the ground up-we want to talk to you. The HCM Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities and promoting Bene-Care's payroll services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of HCM/payroll B2B sales experience
  • Outside sales experience with a strong record of closing and building a book
  • Familiarity with the midmarket segment
  • Self-starter with high accountability & strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle, from outreach and in-person consults to customized solution-building and closing.
  • Establish long-term, revenue-generating relationships with small and mid-market businesses.
  • Drive outbound activity (cold calls, referrals, networking)
  • Conduct high-impact, in-person sales presentations showcasing Bene-Care's payroll and HCM solutions
  • Collaborate with internal experts to build tailored proposals
  • Grow and manage a self-generated book of business
  • Leverage client referrals and local relationships for momentum
  • Provide ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and long-term value
  • Other work-related duties as assigned.
