About The Position
We are looking for a seasoned HR expert who will fill the role of a HCM Consultant on US Federal Government implementations. The HCM Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's Human Capital Management solution. The HCM Consultant will provide Workday product and implementation expertise to their engagements. They will work with their clients to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution. They will also work with Workday Deployment Partners in an Advisory capacity on Partner led deployments. The Consultant will take direction from and provide status to the Engagement Manager assigned to their project while working collaboratively with their project teammates.
