About The Position

ADP is hiring a NAS HCM Consultant III. In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving complex challenges, while working with clients that have 1,000+ employees and utilize multiple ADP services. You will connect with your clients using a consultative approach and your expertise, adding value while building trust and providing timely resolutions to their requests. Your support of your clients may include various levels of training, navigation, troubleshooting and recommendations of alternative solutions. In addition, you will provide prompt responses to service inquiries, support for application users, and technical guidance. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. The nature of what you do every day will not change -- your #1 goal is to support your clients. However, every day will be different because the inquiries you receive will vary, as well as the solutions you provide to each unique client. Your time will be spent on technical activities, contributing to projects, and utilizing analysis to solve problems. You will leverage your partnerships by interacting and collaborating with key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to become an expert in the world of human capital management! Whether your emphasis is on Payroll/HR, Benefits and/or Time, will be dependent on the functional area you join.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior client service experience, preferably in a technology-based environment.
  • Military Experience is acceptable and valued.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR, Payroll, Benefits and/or Time is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve. Identify issues, explore options, and deliver solutions and/or best practices to your clients.
  • Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. Use solid interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with clients and representatives.
  • Educate and Provide Recommendations. Leverage ADP product and services knowledge to help build client understanding around our products' value.
  • Travel (approximately 5-10%). As needed, travel to client sites or other ADP events and offices.
